"Cruisin' the Boulevard Coats for Kids" is a charitable event sponsored by the Bountiful Rotary Club. This year marks the 10th anniversary of this event dedicated to aiding our local children. Since our first Car Show in 1999 over 4000 children have received new winter coats, boots and mittens.

In the four years since the Bountiful Rotary has been involved with the Dictionary Project over 5500 dictionaries have been donated to local 3rd graders. The goal is to help the children become good writers, active readers and creative thinkers by providing the students with their own personal dictionary. The dictionaries are a gift to each student to use at school and at home for years to come.

Bountiful Rotarians volunteer to spend a class period talking with all the 9th grade students in groups of 4 students and 1 Rotarian. Using real life sernarios given to us by 9th graders we apply the Rotary 4 Way Test (1. IS IT THE TRUTH? 2. IS IT FAIR? 3. DOES IT BUILD GOOD WILL? 4. IS IT BENEFICIAL TO ALL CONCERNED?) as a decision making process to solve problems.
