For the past 48 years, Bountiful Rotary has presented local young men who achieve the rank of Eagle Scout an embroidered Eagle Neckerchief. The presentation is made to the Eagle Scout and his parents during our regular Thursday meeting. This is the oldest continuous Rotary service project in the State of Utah.
